Warinypirna is a highly respected Nyamal/Pitjakarli/Nyangumarta Elder from the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Will was appointed General Manager in December 2023 and was previously Manager of Projects since September 2020. He is an experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist with over 15 years in the mining and not-for-profit industry, including as manager of the geospatial team at YMAC. Will has previously worked with Traditional Owners in the Kimberley, Pilbara and Yamatji regions.

Tony’s career spans 35+ years consulting to emerging, middle market and large private businesses allowing him to gain exposure to a vast range of industry sectors. During this time, he has built a broad range of capability across business improvement diagnostics, strategy and accounting and finance functions. During his professional career he has served close to 10 years at Big 4 advisory firms and established a Perth based consultancy firm which he ran for 24 years until it was acquired by a Big 4 firm in 2018.

He holds a Master of Engineering Practice in Smart and Renewable Electrical Power Systems from Murdoch University, Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, US. Heruka has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving impactful projects in Bhutan’s energy sector.
